This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence (with elevator) overlooking a pleasant square in the center of Périgueux.
The living room with lounge (TV, wifi) and dining room opens onto a balcony equipped with garden furniture. The independent kitchen is equipped with a table top refrigerator, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a kettle, a filter and pod coffee maker and a washing machine. You will have 2 bedrooms each with 1 160x200 bed, a desk, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks.
