Single-storey gite on the ground floor of a town hall (year-round apartment on the 1st floor).
Parroy is a relay port for river tourism along the Canal de la Marne au Rhin.
The banks of the Sanon, the many bodies of water in Lunévillois, including the Etang de Bures, will offer relaxation and the pleasure of fishing and nautical activities.
Hikes in the Parroy forest.
Nancy at 35 km. Independent entrance. Access by 4 steps.
In the heart of the village near the communal hall and the church.
Relaxation hall, living room with fitted kitchen area, TV.
3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds), bathroom, separate WC.
Electric heating (charges not included). Cleaning fee obligatorily invoiced for professional stays 60€, as well as sheets at the rate of 15€ per pair.
Enclosed green space with low wall on the front with outdoor lounge.
A parking space next to the gîte (car and camping car) and near the gîte, possibility of parking other cars in the church parking lot.
