of La Fosca, right in front of the sea and with direct access to the beach.

first floor we find the magnificent terrace with panoramic sea views, very
spacious. Next, the living-dining room, a toilet, a double bedroom with a sea
view, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. The dining room is very
spacious and bright, since the architecture of the house was designed to
enhance the light and the views of the sea from every corner. Upstairs, we find
an open hallway with spectacular beach views which leads us to the first double

end, there is the master bedroom that has a private balcony.

Near So De Mar house on the right hand begins the Camí de Ronda, a route of
low difficulty that follows the coast and will take you to downtown Palamós or
to the beach of Castell, a protected area free of construction, enjoying
exceptional views. At town's center you will have the opportunity to
participate in maritime activities, taste the famous local gastronomy, visit
the famous Museu de la Pesca and many more activities.
