Description of the accommodation

In this hilly countryside between the Pyrenees and the ocean, you will find varied swimming places as well as numerous places to visit and leisure activities. The Basque Country and Spain are not far away. The village perched on the hill lives to the rhythm of festive traditions and good Landes gastronomy. You will be well received in a spacious gîte on the first floor of our large house. The independent entrance opens onto a courtyard for parking your car or playing ping-pong in the shade of century-old chestnut trees. In the garden, barbecue and deckchairs await you. You can also enjoy the natural fruits of the orchard. Near the lodge, a sports field, a playground or a hiking trail (8 km) will allow you to take a breath of fresh air. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 120 cm bed, 1 90 cm bed, 1 child bed), dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, washing machine. Shared grounds of 200 m² partially enclosed, garden furniture, barbecue.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
