You are still hesitating between a vacation by the sea or a vacation in the countryside. Look no further, located in the heart of the Marais d'Orx Nature Reserve, Sables 2 comfortable gîte, former Napoleonic farm, is the ideal place for your sea and countryside holidays at the same time! On site we advise you not to leave without having visited the Nature Reserve, on foot of course, walking along the dikes, to discover the inhabitants of this wetland. Walk for young and old! Located in the heart of the Marais d'Orx nature reserve, Napoleonic farmhouse restored as a gîte. On the ground floor: living room (TV), kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) with sheets and duvets provided, bathroom. Electric heating included, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace with view of the marsh. Land of 1000 m², enclosed at marsh level. Baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, child bath, potty).

The price includes: 500 liters of water per day
1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires).
The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
