Flat for 6 persons with community swimming pool in Oropesa del Mar, (Costa Azahar). This apartment is situated in front of the beach of Marina d'Or in a modern residence. It counts with a fully equipped independent or open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, 6 crockery cutlery), a living room with a sofa-bed for 2 persons and flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other one with bathtub) and 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed of 135cm, one with 2 single beds of 90cm). It also has a large terrace of 20m² with a lateral sea view. In the residence, the swimming pool is open from Easter to November. Solarium with sun loungers and parasols. Beautiful community garden. In the same residence, you'll find another flat for 6 people for families and groups of friends who want to travel together. For all stays of more than 2 weeks, must leave before 5 [hidden] the day before. Young group people under 23 years old are not accepted.
