Apartment complex in Oropesa, on the beachfront of Marina d'Or beach, in a modern residence with 12 floors. They counts with a fully equipped independent kitchen (8 place dishwasher) with laundry area, a living room with a sofa-bed and flat screen TV (French, English and Russian channels via satellite), two bathrooms (one with shower, the other one with bathtub) and two bedrooms (one with a double bed of 150 cm, the other one with two single beds of 90 cm). Most importantly, you'll enjoy a large 60 m² terrace overlooking the swimming pool, complete with awning and garden furniture. The residence's swimming pool is open from Easter to the beginning of November. Solarium with sun loungers and sunshades. Pretty community garden. A parking spot in the garage is included. For all stays of more than 2 weeks, must leave before 5 [hidden] the day before. Young group people under 23 years old are not accepted.
