Description of the accommodation

For several generations, my family has been a farming family. It is therefore the whole family who wanted to renovate their heritage and that is why the Port-Carrère gîtes were born. Located in the Landes Océanes, in Orist, in a peaceful and natural setting, all year round we do everything to welcome you in the best way and always with good humor. Les Barthes cottage paired with another is an old wine press, on the edge of the Adour and close to the forest, on site calm and pure air guaranteed! Its asset is its large living room. On the ground floor it consists of a living room with kitchen area, lounge, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 baby bed), a bathroom, the cottage is fully equipped: electric heating, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, TV, telephone portable.
Free access to the swimming pool (14.5 Just like WiFi access and playground at the campsite 200m away. A terrace, garden furniture, barbecue will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. The land is not enclosed and common to the 2 1000 m² gîtes, but independent entrance for each. Beyond an animal, consult us. L'adour is nearby with unsecured access.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
