Description of the accommodation

For several generations, my family has been a farming family. It is therefore the whole family who wanted to renovate their heritage and that is why the Port-Carrère gîtes were born. Located in the Landes Océanes, in Orist, in a peaceful and natural setting, all year round we do everything to welcome you in the best way and always with good humor.
The Pressoir gîte paired with another is an old wine press, on the edge of the Adour and close to the forest, on site calm and pure air guaranteed! Its asset is its warm and modern living room. On the ground floor, it is composed of a living room with kitchen area, lounge, bathroom, 1 bedroom (1 single bed), WC.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine (3 140cm beds, 1 baby bed), the shower room. The cottage is fully equipped: electric heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, microwave, portable, freezer, TV.
Outside, a terrace with garden furniture is installed.
Free access to the campsite swimming pool (14.5X8m maximum depth 1.55 m, small pool 60 cm) 200 m away via private lit path. Wifi access and children's play area at the campsite 200m away. Non-common land 1000 m² for the 2 gîtes but independent entrance for each. 2 km from the village center. Unsecured Adour access. Beyond an animal, consult us.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
