Ideally located 15 minutes from the center of Orléans, and 9 minutes from the Parc Floral, the exhibition center, and the Zenith;
on the Loire Valley Châteaux Route (Chambord 45 minutes, La Ferté Saint-Aubin 18 minutes);
on the edge of Sologne, near the Balnéades and the Ardon golf course (7 minutes),
but also close to the Archette Clinic (3 minutes), the CHR (8 minutes), and the Orléans-la Source Technology Park. Ground floor: entrance, toilet/shower room, bedroom (queen-size bed), living room, kitchen opening onto the dining room and terrace.
Upstairs: bedroom (queen-size bed) and bathroom.
