For rent in Oliva in Costa Blanca this charming villa with private swimming pool. Featuring three bedrooms, you will be just 2.8 km from the sandy beach of Pau Pi. A two hectare farm with its own water, a large garden and a 9x9x1.5m irrigation water basin surrounded a pine forest and orange plantations. This typical building of the region is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large porch of 37m2, the kitchen, the dining room, the double bedroom with a 150cm bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with two 90cm beds. Inside the enclosure you can park up to 2 vehicles. If you would like to bring your pet you can do so for an extra charge of €50 each up to a maximum of two allowed. As for the equipment, it is worth mentioning WiFi, barbecue, two deck chairs for the garden, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, TV, iron, dryer -hair, sheets, towels and kitchen utensils. The water pond is operational for swimming from June to September and the gardener visits the property regularly to properly maintain the pond and garden, as well as to meet the occasional agricultural needs of the estate. The house has no fan or air conditioning. The owner will receive you personally and answer any questions that may arise on the day of your arrival. The accommodation is located just 500m from a supermarket, 450m from a pharmacy, 200m from bars and restaurants and 750m from the climb to the Castillo de Santa Ana in Oliva.
