In a quiet environment, between Angers, La Flèche and Tours, this bright and comfortable gite is ideal for 6 people.

Completely renovated in 2023, you will be staying in this 1970s house with a large garage on the ground floor and the living rooms on the first floor. An ideal place for bikers!

[TO SEE / TO DO] Spend a pleasant day at the Zoo de la Flèche less than 30 minutes away which lists 1500 animals from Asia, Africa and America (reduction on your tickets available in the gîte). At 20 min, Baugé-en-Anjou also offers interesting visits with the apothecary of 1675 and the castle of Baugé. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. Also discover the nearby vineyards of Saumur, Bourgueil and Chinon. Tours at 50 min, Angers at 1 hour.

On the 1st floor, very bright living room with unobstructed view of the countryside to the East and West. Comfortable dining area, small living room with connected television, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. You will have direct access from the living room to the 30 m² terrace on stilts. For the sleeping area: 3 bedrooms (from 8.6 to 10m²) each with 1 bed of 140 x 190cm. The third bedroom also offers a bunk bed of 90x190cm in addition. Bathroom with vanity unit and large walk-in shower. Separate toilets.

The garden furniture available allows you to enjoy the lovely view of the fields from the terrace. In case of hot weather, a second garden furniture is provided under the terrace to enjoy a shaded place on the ground floor.
