This 26m² studio is located on the third floor with lift and has a sleeping alcove in the entrance hall with two single bunk beds (NB: The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6), a shower room with WC, a kitchen area opening onto the living room with a BZ sofa bed and access to a via a large bay window overlooking the mountains.

This apartment is ideally located for your ski days: at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 metres from ESF ski school, 50 metres from the ski lift ticket offices and 100 metres from the centre and shops.
In summer, a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available to guests.

There is a large car park with a free space at the bottom of the residence. This rental also comes with a ski locker.
