South of the town of Nort-sur-Erdre, 20 km from Nantes and 200 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, this former 19th-century barn, facing south, has been renovated into two adjoining gîtes (sleeps 14). It features a private terrace and a large, unfenced shared outdoor area of 3,500 m² with a portico.
The Tobacco Barn: Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove) with an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room/toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 3 single beds (90x190 cm), 2: 1 double bed (140x190 cm).
Additional amenities: stereo system, DVD player, Wi-Fi, freezer, and a cot/high chair.
Included: aerothermal heating, electricity, wood, sheets, and cleaning service.
