South of the town of Nort-sur-Erdre, 20 km from Nantes and 200 m from the canal, this former 19th-century barn, facing south, has been renovated into two adjoining gîtes (total capacity: 14 people). Private terrace, shared unfenced outdoor space (3,500 m²) with a portico.
L'Atelier Virginie: Ground floor with spacious living/dining room (wood stove) and open kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which is in the attic (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: two 90x190 cm beds, 3: 140x190 cm bed), two shower rooms, and two toilets, one of which is separate.
Upstairs: one bedroom (three 90x190 cm beds).
Additional amenities: stereo, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and baby equipment.
