At the entrance: a bathroom with shower/wc/washing machine.

This living room serves a private terrace, facing south and equipped with an electric awning/garden furniture/deckchairs and a plancha.
The port of Herbaudière is 1km away on foot and offers many shops and a market every Monday morning. Included in the price: beds made on arrival - bathroom and household linen.
