Poolhouse accessible from the house or from the terrace with heated indoor swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters with maximum depth of 1.5 m, heated all year round to approximately 27 degrees unless outside temperatures are below 5 degrees.

Outside: a large enclosed and private area with pétanque court, beach volleyball court, football field, trampoline.

Sheets with laying and 2 towels per person are extra at 140 euros to be paid on site. Made and practical arrangements.
