A stone's throw from Moulins and at the end of a path, come and discover this pretty house adjoining that of the owner. Surrounded by greenery and completely renovated, this cottage will bring you relaxation and calm in a green and wooded environment. The owners will offer you a reserved space in their park where you can relax, why not in the company of a book. The kitchen is fully equipped (private freezer and washing machine at your disposal in a dedicated garage). The spacious bedroom, accessible by a step, has a comfortable bed (160x200cm), and a 90 x 190cm bed. The living room, equipped with a wall projection television/home cinema, offers access to the bathroom (via a step - walk-in shower) and WC in the same room. The 10x5.5m swimming pool (1.10m to 1.30m deep), unheated and shared with the owners, is accessible from May 1 to September 30, with times to be defined. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the town of Moulins and its surroundings. In front of the gîte, a private terrace will allow you to eat your meals, grill (charcoal barbecue) or simply relax. 2 additional people can be accepted in the sofa bed in the living room (140x190cm) at the price of €20 per night per person. A supplement of 60 euros will be asked if sheets are provided.
A closed car park where you can park your car in complete safety is reserved for you. A bicycle garage is also at your disposal. Hikes departing from the lodge. In the village, which is 600 m away, you will find a bakery and 4 km away, all the shops are in Moulins.
THE ADVANTAGES OF THE GITE: Sheets (for the 160cm bed and the 80x190cm bed in the bedroom), bathroom linen, household linen included, beds made on arrival, heating included. Reduction possible for stays of 3 weeks or more. Electricity payable by the customer, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.

The price includes: Sheets provided for the large 160 cm bed and the small 80 cm bed in the room. A supplement of 60 euros will be requested for the use of the 140 cm sofa bed if we provide the sheets.
