On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and laundry room. Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a "children's" bedroom with 2 90x190 bunk beds, a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a WC with hand basin and a a master suite with 140x190 bed and bathroom (shower + sink + 1 toilet). Outside, you will enjoy a garden of approximately 100 m² with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and relaxation room. For children, slide, baby swing and rocking crocodile. You will have the possibility to park 2 vehicles in complete safety (garage + space in front of the garage). Beds are made on arrival, bathroom and household linen are provided, heating and electricity are at an additional cost of €8/day. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1h30 from Paris, the Gite de la Bouvotte will be the ideal place to meet up with family or friends. With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (provision of 2 folding beds with supplement of 10€/day/person), you will find all the necessary comfort for young and old (toys, baby equipment, board games... ). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Chomedey Memorial in the village, hiking trails, Champagne vineyards 15 minutes away (tasting possible with the owners), Troyes city center (Museums, Churches, Cité du Stained Glass, etc.) and factory stores within 30 minutes...
