Originally from Neuvic, our professional life led us to Périgueux. A few years later, after having concretized our personal life, we wanted to challenge ourselves: to build a house to welcome you, to share with you the love of our region of origin, to offer you comfort. We want our "home" to remain a wonderful stay for you.
Description of the accommodation
2 km from Neuvic sur l'Isle (Shops), independent single storey house of 120 m² composed of a large living room with dining room, lounge and fully equipped open kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 2 140 cm beds and 1 160 cm bed. A large bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC. Electric heating and air conditioning. Enclosed land of 1000 m². Terrace with awning and parasol. Garden furniture and plancha. Baby equipment available on request (travel cot, high chair and bathtub). Electricity including heating and linens are included. Towels €10/person/change. Sheets 15€/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €80. Located in a village with all amenities and shops, a leisure center, a cycle route along the river (2 adult bikes available), our gîte is the ideal starting point for discovering Périgord. Périgueux the Gallo-Roman capital, Sarlat, International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac, Bergerac and its vineyards and bastides, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, chasms, caves classified in the Vézère Valley, remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac...)... without forgetting our great gastronomy!
