The balcony has a lovely ocean view where you could enjoy the sun all day long. Doors to the balcony can be opened fully which making the living room feel spacious. The balcony is equipped with a seating area and awning. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and electrical heating in all rooms. There is also a fireplace in the living room. Capistrano Village has a 24h / 7d security guard service and the area is very peaceful. The local bus stops outside the door and take you down town for 1 euro. Here you could visit the beautiful Burriana beach, Balcon de Europa and a wide range of restaurants. The trip takes about 10-15 minutes, but you can also walk. Free parking on the street outside the apartment. Not suitable for disabled people since the apartment is located on the second floor.
