Fresh 2 bed-apartment of about 75 sqm plus balcony towards quiet courtyard with wonderful afternoon and evening sun. La Torna Casasol is newly refurbished and furnished for maximum comfort and it is one of 30 apartments in the pleasant small typical Spanish community. Most people live here all year round, and some apartments are also rented out. The fully air-conditioned apartment is on the third floor which is accessed via comfortable stairs. NOTE! No elevator. The larger bathroom has a double sink and washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. There are also an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The apartment is about 450 meters from the Torrecilla Beach and 350 from the El Salon Beach. You can walk to the city's central neighbourhood in about 3-4 minutes on the pedestrian street and over the "Plaza Cavana" square. A large Supermarket (Mercadona) is 600 meters north, but there is also a service store just 120 meters north. No car needed here. Everything is within easy walking distance. The Urbanisation offers a community parking space area which you can use if there is a free space. No Parking guaranteed! We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered if you arrive later.
