This region is ideal for practicing outdoor activities: hiking in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park (Puy Mary and Puy Violent), fishing (Mars river and Trizac lake), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Falgoux cross-country ski center and Col de Légal ski resort).
