Need some peace and quiet or to get together for a festive occasion, the desire to cook, hunt for flea markets, hike in unspoiled nature, taste local specialties, discover the Alpes Mancelles rich in history and culture, enjoy the interior space, Le Rocher awaits you for a weekend, a week or more... Recently restored with their gardens and parking lots, we are pleased to offer you our 2 gîtes, in a former family farm. They can be rented separately or together according to your needs. Each gîte benefits from an outdoor space and private parking. During the renovation in August 2024, we chose French-made bedding, "hotel palace" class, and opted for second-hand furniture that provides a warm atmosphere. Welcome! The gîte is housed in an old farmhouse 1.5km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. This detached house is surrounded by green spaces: a landscaped garden, private terraces, and a pond make up the property's landscape, spanning a total area of 4,220 m². Other accommodations coexist with the gîte. It's an ideal place to explore the Alpes Mancelles region, gather with family or friends, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings.
Ground floor: open kitchen and utility room equipped with two refrigerators/freezers, a microwave, two dishwashers, and a washing machine. Large living/dining room (56 m²) with two bedrooms. (Bedroom 1: 160x200 bed, accessible for people with reduced mobility, Bedroom 2: 160x200 bed, bathroom/WC adapted for people with reduced mobility and separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 3: 160x200 bed, Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds 90x190) and a double bed 140x200, shower room/WC. and a large 59 m2 games room with table football and table tennis, a bedroom/alcove with double beds 160x200 (possibility of converting into 2 beds 80x200) and 4 beds on the mezzanine, 1 sofa bed. Equipment: 2 flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, fireplace. The bedding of the double beds is new and French-made, hotel-style for a good night's sleep.
2 charcoal BBQs and Gas stove, garden tables with chairs and parasols, fairy lights, large garden sofa, bench, picnic table, deckchairs and hammocks, gazebo with bistro table and chairs, sandbox, pond where you can fish, electric car socket, recycling, etc. Not included: oil heating and wood to be paid at the end of the stay. Towels/household linens (supplement €12 per person for the stay). Additional beds are available - 15 people maximum with a supplement of €15/night/person. Large gatherings are possible for parties with the living room and garden area. Additional tables and benches are available on site. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) €110 is mandatory and additional, to be paid upon booking or upon key collection upon arrival. Mandatory supplement per pet: €10/night. Living room, bathroom, toilet, one bedroom and utility room are wheelchair accessible.
Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out time 11:00 AM. Hours, but may vary depending on the situation (contact the manager).
