Description of the accommodation

Chalet Les Amis : We love this authentic chalet. While offering quality furnishings and all the modern comforts, you will find the mountain charm of the old Savoyard chalets still intact. Located on the road to Avoriaz you will be amazed by the view of the Morzine valley. Located halfway between Morzine and Avoriaz, the location is perfect for accessing the slopes of either resort. The chalet can accommodate up to 16 people.

This accommodation consists of two independent flats with individual access for each:
Ground floor:
A flat of 150 m² with an entrance leading to 3 en suite bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC. Bedding 140 x 190 cm, access to the terrace for the two bedrooms located in the corridor.
An independent toilet
1 double bed in the living room (sofa bed with 140 x 190 cm mattress)
A kitchen open to the dining area (for 10 people at the table) and living room. Access to the terrace with table and chairs, panoramic view of Morzine.
On the first floor :
A 70 m² flat comprising :
1 double bedroom en suite with shower room and WC.
In the living room: A double bed 140 cm x 190 cm in an alcove - A mezzanine giving access to two 140 cm x 190 cm mattresses (suitable for teenagers or children from 6 years old only, access by ladder)
An independant shower room.
A large living room with sofa and armchairs, a dining area open to the kitchen and giving access to the balcony with views over Morzine.
