Description of the accommodation

Holiday rental in a holiday residence by the sea with direct access to the beach.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance leading to a living room with TV and kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, filtered...). A bedroom (bed 140 x 190), a bathroom, separate WC.
Terrace facing south which offers a nice view of the bay of Douarnenez. Heated swimming pool and common opening dates n/c). Unfenced garden, pets allowed (supplement €25). 1 private parking space.

To be paid on arrival:
Deposit (250 €) + tourist tax (according to current scale)
Charges and cleaning are included in the rental price.

Rental on demand:
Sheets (20 € / double bed) - towels (8 € / person) - baby equipment (10 € / piece) - Internet connection (4.99 € / day)
