Description of the accommodation

Welcome to Morcenx, a village in the Landes forest close to the natural park and white sand beaches. You will find all the amenities there with its shops, sporting activities (tennis, fishing, etc.) and Lake Arjuzanx for swimming and sailing. This gîte in a set of 4 will allow you to enjoy all these advantages and village life for a very reasonable price. On one level, it consists of: a living room with kitchen area, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm bunk beds), separate toilet,
balcony, collective washing machines, microwave, television, wifi internet. Shared open land with private area of 500 m², garden furniture, shared barbecue, terrace, courtyard, covered shelter. Gîte located in the village, next to the church. Common land and entrance for all gîtes. Parking on property. Heating €3/day from October to the end of April.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
