Great Villa with capacity for 8 people located in a quiet and exclusive urbanization in Moraira, a coastal town in the province of Alicante. The villa has panoramic views of the sea and marina and has all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday. It has a large private swimming pool illuminated at night, surrounded by a terrace equipped with barbecue and seating area, where you can enjoy unforgettable dinners under the stars. The villa is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and another with two single beds. The upper floor is distributed in Riu Rau, covered terrace, living room with air conditioning, two bedrooms, one with a double bed with air conditioning and the other with two single beds, bathroom with shower and one with bathtub. Moraira has become a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca due to its crystal clear beaches and picturesque old town, which retains its traditional fishing village character. In the port area you can find many restaurants and bars offering fresh seafood and fish as well as other local specialities. In terms of beaches, Moraira has some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca, such as El Portet beach, a small bay sheltered by mountains and rocks that make it ideal for swimming and snorkelling. There is also the beach of L'Ampolla, a golden sandy beach with calm, crystal clear waters, perfect for the whole family. The cultural activity in Moraira is very varied. Fiestas and festivals: Moraira celebrates several festivals throughout the year, such as the festival of San Juan in June, the festival of the Virgen de los Desamparados in August and the festival of Moors and Christians in September. These festivities include parades, live music and cultural activities. The villa is only a few minutes drive from the main beaches and supermarkets of Moraira, also within walking distance.
