Nice villa for rent located halfway between Moraira and Calpe, just 2 minutes drive from Advocat beach, supermarket and restaurants. This house for 6 people is within walking distance of La Llobella bay. The whole unit is on one level and is equipped with air conditioning to better enjoy the summer months. We enter a large living room with TV. Then there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned double bedroom and its own bathroom with shower and access to a balcony with sea view. There are two other twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom with shower. The villa offers parking for three cars, from which there is access to a spacious terrace around a large private pool with sun loungers and a cozy outdoor dining area with barbecue, all surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
