To rent in Moraira in Costa Blanca this villa with private pool and sea view located in the residential area of ??El Portet near the sea and all amenities. The accommodation has direct access to the crystal-clear beach, where there are several restaurants and water sports. Just 500 meters away you will find a pharmacy and a small supermarket. Thanks to its unbeatable location, the villa enjoys a unique view of the sea, the Mediterranean coast and the mountains. The center of Moraira is 2.5 km away, where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants, the yacht club and festivities during the summer. The accommodation is furnished and decorated in a comfortable traditional Spanish style. Surrounded by large private gardens, with tall palm trees, sunny terraces and another covered terrace to relax with the sea view. Outside, a large terrace from which you descend to the extraordinary swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea, and from where you can access the beach by private stairs. The accommodation is spread over 2 floors connected by internal stairs. The main entrance leads, through a hallway, to a spacious SAT + TV, DVD lounge with sliding doors leading to the covered terrace with views of the coast, the swimming pool, the garden and the terraces. The living room is connected to a dining room also with access to the terrace overlooking the beach of El Portet. A few steps lower, we find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a place to make paella, a pantry and toilet. The kitchen is very spacious with a breakfast bar and a fireplace. It is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a room in the garage. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with double bed with air conditioning and access to the covered terrace next to the living room. This bedroom has sea view from the window, a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The interior stairs go up to the upper floor where we find a bedroom with double bed with air conditioning and access to a balcony with stunning sea views, ideal for relaxing during the magnificent sunsets. Next to it is a bathroom with a tub. Along the hallway we find three bedrooms with two twin beds each, also with air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with sea view and all three share a bathroom with a bathtub.
