Located in Montmédy, Clara's gîte is ideal for coming to recharge your batteries in the calm of the Meuse countryside. But also for lovers of history and architecture, you can discover the magnificent sites of Montmedy and its surroundings: the citadel of Montmédy, the basilica of Avioth, the renaissance city of Marville and the charming castle of Louppy- sur-Loison. Not far from Verdun you can visit the various historical sites of the war. On the practical side, all the shops, pharmacy, supermarket.... are close to the gîte. Quiet house completely tastefully renovated including on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to the very bright living/dining room thanks to the bay window which overlooks the terrace and the garden. The living room is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed (real mattress). Upstairs, two very beautiful bedrooms: one with 1 double bed of 160x200 and a second with 2 single beds of 90x200. A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. All-inclusive rates, charges included (package of 25 kwh/day offered, bill beyond the package at 0.17€/kwh)
This all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay (free change of sheets and bathroom linen for any stay of at least 21 nights), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption - the heating of the cottage is gas you have 25 Kwh per day (free) (the excess will be paid on site to the owner).
