Floor: Living room with fireplace which is located at the top of the staircase then through a door, you will have access to a corridor which serves 3 bedrooms: 2 140 cm beds and 2 90x190 cm beds, possibility of folding bed in 90.1 bathroom bathrooms with WC. From the corridor via a staircase, a bedroom on the ground floor, 140 cm bed, a bathroom and separate WC (independent access). Oil central heating. Enclosed courtyard of 100 m2. Unfenced land of 4000 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, swing and ping-pong table (rackets and ball provided). Salt-heated swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Dimensions: 9x4m. Depth: from 1m to 1.70m. Security automatic roller shutter cover with remote control. Access by stairs. The swimming pool will be open from June 1 to September 30 and heated to a maximum of 25° for reasons of eco-responsibility (if the air temperature does not allow reaching at least this temperature).
