Depending on the length of your stay, they will direct you to the most typical and unmissable sites in their region, without forgetting the gastronomy.
They have two cottages for 8 people; this one in the commune of Montignac-Lascaux: 24G34118 and the other 24G271171 in the commune of AURIAC du Périgord 5km from LASCAUX-QUATRE., therefore from Montignac -Lascaux.
Both are in the countryside, quiet, with private swimming pool, automatic salt treatment and secure. It is with great pleasure that we will welcome you for the most pleasant vacation possible.
Description of the accommodation
3 km from Montignac (All shops and International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4), independent house of 110 m2 in a hamlet of 4 dwellings. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area with insert fireplace and Wifi. Cellar. Floor: Living room with fireplace which is located at the top of the stairs then through a door, you will have access to a corridor which serves 3 bedrooms: 2 140 cm beds and 2 90x190 cm beds. 1 bathroom with WC. Possibility of folding bed 90. Independent WC accessible from the outside. Enclosed courtyard of 100 m2. Unfenced land of 4000 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, swing and ping-pong table (rackets and ball provided). Gas heating: €12/day, electricity up to 8 kW/day, swimming pool heating, sheets, linen included. Towels €8/person/change. End of stay cleaning 110€. Electricity beyond 8 kW/day: €0.25/additional kW Gîte with a view of the Vézère Valley and the Thot hill. You can enjoy a picnic on the banks of the Vézère 500 m away (Ideal for fishing) and organize numerous visits to the castles of the Vézère Valley (1 km away the Château de Losse, 5 km away the château de Sauveboeuf for example), the Dordogne and the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley. Walking trails nearby.
Salt-heated swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Dimensions: 9x4m. Depth: from 1m to 1.70m. Security automatic roller shutter cover with remote control. Access by stairs. The swimming pool will be open from June 1 to September 30 and heated to a maximum of 25° for reasons of eco-responsibility (if the air temperature does not allow at least this temperature to be reached).
