Description of the accommodation

8 km from Beaumont du Périgord (shops), independent house of 120 m2 in a non-active farmhouse. On the ground floor, you will enter through the large main room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) open to the living room, TV, 2 sofas. A corridor leads to a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and TV. Independent WC. Upstairs, you will enjoy a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed. Independent WC with hand basin. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer accessible from outside only. Terrace and private land of 1500 m2 on an area of 12 ha, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. 3 parking spaces on the property.
Baby equipment: 1 baby bed, 1 high chair. Heating and electricity included in the price. Bathroom linen and sheets €25/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €80. Near Monpazier, an English bastide founded in 1284 considered to be the model bastide among the 300 bastides built in the great South-West, this old renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of the Couze Valley, in a hilly and quiet countryside all the way end of a dead end road. You couldn't dream of better for a peaceful stay! The GR36 is nearby. To see in the surrounding area: Le Moulin de Larroque in Couze St Front (hand-made papermaking), the medieval town of Belvès 12 km away, Bergerac and its vineyards 35 km away, the Dordogne Valley and its castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), the Vézère Valley and its world-famous prehistoric sites (International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac...).
