Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends, the "A nouste" gîte will allow you to enjoy a variety of activities between the ocean, the mountains, the countryside and the gastronomic and cultural discovery of Chalosse.
Getaway to Monségur, a village located a few kms southeast of Hagetmau. Here you are close to Béarn and its hilly foothills on a farm with chickens raised outdoors. Ideally located less than 2 hours from the Pyrenees, 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean, this charming Landes Chalosse region with varied landscapes offers you authenticity and sharing of true values. We will welcome you warmly and encourage you to discover our heritage, our gastronomy and our traditions in all simplicity.
A Nouste is a family home surrounded by nature with a magnificent view to escape, dream and share good, friendly moments with family and friends in a professional setting for short stays, a week or more!
With its 290 m², the house is arranged on the ground floor and first floor. Ground floor: an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hobs, microwave, supplemented by a pantry with fridge, freezer and housing the washing machine, a games room, a spacious living room with TV area, 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, a 33 m² veranda with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
The staircase leading upstairs leads to 4 bedrooms (1 100 cm bed, 2 160 cm beds) including 1 with bathroom, 1 dormitory with 3 90 cm beds. 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
House equipped with oil heating, daily rate 10€ applied in winter and for your comfort a wood stove in the living room with free wood. You will benefit from the 4000 m² of open land with trees - part of it is fenced - around the house and you will be able to question the owners about their agricultural activity.
For babies, travel cot, high chair and bathtub are available.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
