Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area (70 m2) with WiFi internet connection and decorative fireplace. Laundry room. Separate WC. Floor: 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. 1 bedroom: 1 120 cm bed. + 1 90 cm bed in one of the bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed but the capacity remains 5 people maximum. 2 bathrooms with shower cabins. 2 independent toilets. Oil central heating. Unfenced land of 30 ha. Terrace. Garden Lounge. Beach umbrella. Sun bathing. Barbecue. Heating and electricity included. In the country of Bastides, between Bergerac and Sarlat, old restored sheepfold (stone, terracotta and wood) in a 16th century farmhouse composed of a barn, a farmhouse with tower and a dovecote. You will be on a 30 ha estate where sheep graze; the owners will share their work with you. In terms of visits and activities, you will be close to tourist sites and hiking trails. 7 km from Couze St Front, Moulin de Laroque (Handmade paper manufacturing) and 8 km from Beaumont du Périgord (English bastide founded in 1272 in the name of the King of England Edward I.
