Our Ticoulat gîte is in the middle of forests, in the heart of the hazelnut trees that we cultivate and exploit on site.
A marked hiking trail leaves 50 meters from our gîte, for walks or mountain biking.
Jurançon, wine of King Henri IV, is the essential production of this AOC territory.
We are 10 km from the village of Monein, in a quiet area where we live as a family.

Description of the accommodation

In a preserved environment, a green setting made up of woods, meadows, Jurançon vines and hazelnut trees, the Ticoulat gîte is located at the top of a hill.
This independent house dominates the landscapes to enjoy a beautiful view. Below, 50 meters away, a marked hiking or mountain biking trail allows for a pleasant discovery stroll in the heart of nature.
Ground floor: - Spacious day room with its large bay windows comprising kitchen, living room, lounge.
