Description of the accommodation

Independent house next to that of the owners, with a private garden of 500m2 and a wooden terrace of 30m2.
On the ground floor, it has an equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge-freezer) open to the living room (TV, speaker, decorative fireplace, sofa, Wifi), a bedroom with 1 140x190 cm bed and a dressing room, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate WC, and on the 1st floor, a large mezzanine with 1 140x190 bed.
Access to the swimming pool (shared with the owners) is via the common garden: chlorine, unheated, dimensions 5X10m, depth 1.70m at the deepest, with entrance via steps, secured by an alarm and a fence, open from June to the end of September.
Bicycle storage possible in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in the common courtyard.
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair on request. Towels and sheets provided (beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning included. No pool towel. If you have not yet discovered Bergerac and its surroundings, this gîte is ideally placed to explore this beautiful wine region. With family or friends, you can discover the bastides of Périgord Pourpre: Monpazier, Eymet, Beaumont du Périgord, Issigeac... Obviously, wine châteaux abound in the area, which will allow you to taste the delicious grape varieties of our terroir. As for castles, don't miss Monbazillac, Bridoire, Tiregand, some of which offer activities for the whole family! Finally, a short detour through the old town of Bergerac will offer you beautiful walks on foot or on the water thanks to the barges that crisscross the Dordogne! This comfortable house will allow you to have a warm stay, with many activities nearby to enjoy without moderation!
