Description of the accommodation

Between the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the immense pine forest of Landes, Mimizan is a privileged destination for your vacation. Nature is omnipresent in Mimizan, many activities await you. The ocean and its 10 km of fine sand, Lake Aureilhan, water sports, hiking trails, but also mountain biking or golf. Everything is there for you to spend a pleasant vacation in a natural setting full of surprises. This cottage for 5 people is close to all amenities and only 5 km from the beaches. The resinier is an independent gîte on the ground floor, with the owner's house on the site. Entrance to the site is via an electric gate with beep.
The cottage is made up of a living room, serving as a living room-kitchen, a lounge whose decor refers to the profession of "resinier". The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove and gas oven with hood, washing machine. The living room with a convertible sofa, coffee table offers a wifi connection. The sleeping area offers 1 spacious bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 other bedroom divided into 2, whose partitions do not close all the way up but which provide you with the privacy necessary for your stay with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed. Shower room with 1 step down to access it, toilet. You will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs. Land approximately 60 m² including courtyard.
Passage in front of the owner's house for access to the gite.
Baby equipment available on request. Free shuttle bus to Mimizan beach 100 m away.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
