Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 125 m from the sea, 125 m from the beach. Private: property 8'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower, barbecue (swing). In the house: burglar alarm system. Motor access (400 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Cambrils" 5 km, sandy beach, swimming bay 125 m. Nearby attractions: Parque Portaventura 20 km, parque acuático Aquopolis 23 km.
