Former audiovisual producers, we decided in 1994 to sell our company to Canal + to travel on our catamaran for 6 years, to Brazil, Venezuela, the Caribbean.... Back on land, we chose Périgord as a land of 'election. We were at the initiative of the Meyrals Scarecrow Festival, which will celebrate its 23rd edition this year in July. We now share our life between Greece and the Dordogne. The bioclimatic house is our main residence: we are happy to share it with you.

Description of the accommodation

You will appreciate the very beautiful, bright living room with an integrated kitchen (no microwave), a dining area open to the living room with TV, Wifi and pellet stove to heat this room. In this single storey gîte, you will have a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and an office space ideal for teleworking. You will also have at your disposal a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink and a WC. Private parking on an open plot of 2000 m2 in a small hamlet in the town of Meyrals. no barbecue or plancha. Located in the heart of Périgord Noir, this house is as pleasant in summer as in winter! The bioclimatic house is a construction that adapts to its environment. Sit in front of the bay window to finish your book or over a drink on the terrace, after your day's visits which are barely 15 km from the gîte such as the medieval city of Sarlat, 7 km from Les Eyzies de Tayac , capital of Prehistory... you are at the heart of the greatest tourist sites, it is the perfect base for lovers of calm and nature, but still within a reasonable distance of the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne!
