Access to a large shared terrace with a summer kitchen and a large, fully enclosed 2,000 m² garden. Barbecue. Deckchairs. Shared 4x8 m swimming pool, heated from late May to late September (weather permitting). Private parking for 1 space in the courtyard. Shared laundry room available (washing machine and dryer).
