Magnificent stone chalet, departure and return by ski, exceptional setting

Breathtaking view, return and departure ski at the foot, absolute calm. This cottage is unique.
More than a stay, it is an experience that we want you to share and discover. Magical atmosphere in the middle of the mountains.

Its location between Méribel and Méribel-Mottaret, at the foot of the trout trail.
La Rosière is a small isolated village. The neighborhood is residential, there is no trade.

It can be reached on foot, by car, by shuttle or by ski:

- On foot, it takes between 10 and 20 minutes to reach Meribel Centre depending on your pace.

- By car, access requires snow tires or chains. The last twenty meters are steep. You can park in front of the chalet if you have the equipment or otherwise, along the main road, then you have to walk a hundred meters uphill.

- The free shuttle from the resort passes through the Rosière. It takes you either to Méribel Centre or to Mottaret. The stop is on the upper part of the hamlet. It takes 5min of walking uphill to access it. On the way back, it will be downhill to access the chalet.


- On skis, access is from Mottaret. You have to take the pedestrian path and this requires to be comfortable on skis (not recommended for beginners). From the chalet, we take the pedestrian path for about 200m before joining the Trout trail (again, not recommended for beginners).

Possibility to rent the private apartment located below the chalet for large groups. It accommodates up to 5 additional people.

We can help you book your packages, your equipment rental, delivery of gourmet dishes etc.

The owners, Bénédicte and her husband live on site year-round. During the winter when the cottage (the upper part) is rented, they live in an apartment on the ground floor. They are available to welcome you and advise you!
He is a skipatroler in Méribel, and she is a shepherdess (do not hesitate to buy lamb, cheeses and other exceptional local products!
