You will be at home, in this superb, quiet and cozy villa, with its beautiful terrace and magnificent garden. Spacious living room/lounge with TV, internet access (fiber) opening onto the terrace and the garden, a fitted and equipped independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms with cupboards, 2 bathrooms and a garage are at your disposal. Its advantage is that it is 5 minutes walk from the beaches and the town center with local shops (bakeries, supermarket, restaurants (Chinese, kebab, Belgian, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, etc.), rotisserie, cafes , pharmacy, ...). The SNCF station is about 15 minutes (850 meters) away on foot, and the bus is 3 minutes away. WIFI included and eco-responsible fiber bed sets offered.
If Menton is a garden, the Mediterranean Sea which borders it should make it the natural oasis of the French Riviera. A few steps away you can enjoy the seaside as well as our beautiful public or private beaches with straw huts which rent mattresses and parasols, and offer quality cuisine facing the sea. Carnolès beach extends from the leaving Menton at the birth of Cap Martin, a little over a kilometer long.
A few steps away you can also relax in the Citrus Garden of the Palais Carnolès, which is a two-hectare public garden dedicated to citrus fruits, it is classified among the Remarkable Gardens of France by the Ministry of Culture.
Nearby you will find the Jardins Bioves and Casino district, in the heart of the city center which is renowned for its small park hosting unique citrus sculptures during the annual lemon festival, for its sunshine, its quality of life with shops and its beaches.
Or follow the coastal path to discover Cap Martin, for a stroll by the sea along a wild and green coast. A favorite vacation spot for many personalities, Cap Martin reveals its history through the luxurious Belle Époque villas and their superb gardens, but also the presence of architectural works by Le Corbusier and Eileen Gray. And enjoy a unique panoramic view of the Côte d'Azur, ranging from the Principality of Monaco on the one hand, to Menton and the Ligurian coasts in Italy on the other.
