Wi-Fi included and eco-friendly fiber bedding included. The residence's swimming pool is open year-round.

The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The new Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment.
