Description of the accommodation
9 km from Le Bugue (Shops), 150 m² house adjoining the owners' home, not overlooked. Entrance through a large living room with an equipped kitchen open to the living room opening onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool. Going down 4 steps, you will access 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom and a WC: 3 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Shared laundry room with that of the owner with washer and dryer. Unfenced land of 1500 m2 with garden furniture, terrace of 25 m², barbecue, swing/slide. Parking on site in front of the gîte for up to 4 vehicles.
Private unheated swimming pool, chlorine, open from May 1 to October 15, size 4.50mx9m and depth of 1 to 1.50 m, secured by a barrier. Petanque.
Baby equipment: 1 baby bed, 1 high chair. In the heart of Périgord Noir, 9 km from Le Bugue (Périgord Noir Aquarium, Bournat village, Proumeyssac chasm...), 13 km from Les Eyzies de Tayac (Font de Gaume cave, Grand Roc cave, national museum of Prehistory...), 31 km from Montignac (International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4) and 40 minutes from the towns of Sarlat, Périgueux and Bergerac, you will be ideally placed to discover the cultural and historical heritage of our Périgord .
