On the site of a 15th century mill on the banks of the Arnon, housed in an old 18th century farmhouse, independent gite with large unfenced private grounds (direct access to the river), near the owners' house - Possibility of fishing in the river with a card purchasable at the town hall or at the tourist office - Private parking, possibility of garage for motorbikes. It has on the ground floor a large living room, on the first level a fitted kitchen, a shower room, separate wc - On the second level, 3 adjoining bedrooms: 2 with 1 160 bed and 1 with 2 single beds - Prices include beds made on arrival, oil-fired central heating - Optional bathroom linen and cleaning for individuals (compulsory cleaning €80 for professionals) - Baby cot and high chair available - Wifi - The owners accept animals, in harmony with the 2 dogs of the house.
