Description of the accommodation

Come and discover our 4-person gîte near the canal, a former navigable waterway now dedicated to tourism.
This channel joins the Johannine city of Orléans 12km away, alongside the royal river LA LOIRE.
Walking through Chécy and its washhouse, Combleux, a former maritime village. L’ATELIER is located in MARDIÉ within the perimeter of the Loire Valley UNESCO world heritage site. You will find some local shops there (Bakery Pharmacy Grocery store) and a large shopping center 3km away. Shared swimming pool (8x4) heated and open from May to the end of September. This 90m² gîte, contemporary in style and adjoining the owners' house, is on one level.
It consists of 2 bedrooms - 1 160x200 bed and 1 140x190 bed (beds made on arrival). Fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) - Living room - Dining room - Shower room (Italian shower) with WC.
Easy PMR access - Sliding bay window with maximum daylight.
At the front of the cottage, private parking to park your vehicle. At the back, you will enjoy a beautiful outdoor space: private terrace with garden furniture and plancha, as well as land shared with the owners with shared swimming pool (L. 8mx l. 4m x d. 1.4m) heated and open from May to the end of September. Trampoline, swing, pétanque court and chicken coop are also available in the shared garden.
Heating and sheets included. End-of-stay cleaning package and optional towels. Accommodation designed for people with reduced mobility.
