Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and electric heating included. Along a road with very little traffic and a river below. Petanque and tennis court a few meters away. Supplement of €2/day if animal. Fishing license available for fishing in the communal pond 500 meters away. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts (on foot, on horseback or by bike), this small cottage is located in the heart of the forests of Longny au Perche and Charencey, a few meters from the 15 hectare family pond. You will certainly see the swans on the pond and the big game at the bend of the path!
