LES TROIS RIVIERES residence in Mandelieu is located 300m from the resort centre and 2.5km from the beach. The residence is set in the heart of an 11 hectare park.

LOCATION
Ideally located on the Cote d'Azur and 7 km from Cannes, Mandelieu is a charming destination surrounded, framed by the picturesque Bay of La Napoule Isles of Lerins and on the borders of the Maritime Alps and the Var region. The resort was built in what is now a protected area and draws a lot from its natural habitat, such as the Esterel and Tanneron moutains which shelter a forest of Mimosa trees celebrated every year in the resort's February "Mimosa Festival". Mandelieu-La Napoule is also an ideal destination for watersports enthusiasts.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
A wide variety of activities are available in Mandelieu, including numerous watersports (sailing, waterskiing, jet-skiing etc.), walking trails and horse riding trails, mountain biking and plenty of other opportunities to discover the resort's impressive surrounding landscape. Plus, Mandelieu offers a 9-hole and 18-hole golf course, as well as a variety of bars and restaurants.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Mandelieu is easily accessible via rail travel, with stations located in both Cannes and Mandelieu-La Napoule, and by air via Nice-Cote d'Azur airport (37km). The resort is well-equipped and offers a range of modern facilities and amenities, including a shuttle bus service between the train station and airport and the resort, doctors, pharmacies, a water sports centre for children from 5 years and teenagers, horse-riding, tennis, restaurants with local speacialities.

MASSIF DE L'ESTEREL
The MASSIF DE L'ESTEREL is a 32000 hectare volcanic massif, 13000 of which are part of a protected area. It is located between the Mediterranean and Provence.
The first eruptions go back to 300 millions of years and shaped through the years the present outline of the coast with indented landscapes and steep creeks of red earth. The terrain is ideal for ramblers and mountain bikes.
